Shipping & Handling Fees

Pool Compass Inc. will ship throughout Canada and determine the best standard shipping carrier for each shipping order, and most standard products ship next day or faster.  Shipping fees vary by product and shipping location, and shipping fees are non-refundable.  Multiple items ordered from various manufacturers may have separate tracking numbers and delivery dates.  Some shipping limitations may apply for remote areas throughout Canada.

What is a Remote Area?

Remote areas are determined by our freight and courier companies based on your postal code and are typically more remote locations that are outside of their defined standard shipping regions.

Great Lakes Spas (Canadian Spa Co.) Delivery

Curbside delivery is defined as residential tailgate delivery. Final curbside delivery location is at the discretion of the driver. Swim spa deliveries only include flatbed delivery to consumer’s address. The consumer is responsible for arranging offloading the swim spa.

LeisureCraft (Dundalk) Sauna/Spa/Pool Delivery

Unloading Crates Per Dundalk’s shipping terms, the customer is responsible for getting the crate off the delivery truck.

If the crate is 92” or shorter, it will fit on a liftgate, and the customer and the truck driver can lower the crate to the ground.

If the crate is longer than 92” a liftgate will not be available to assist in lowering the crate to the ground. Therefore, the customer will need to do one of the following options:

1) Arrange for a crew of people to help unload the crate by hand

2) Arrange for a piece of equipment to be available to unload the crate

3) Use a trailer and pick up the crate at the delivery terminal

4) Rent a tilt tow truck and pick up the crate at the delivery terminal
